Ongoing
The work that keeps going.
For brands with an identity and a site already working, who need someone to keep making and sending. Two channels, taken together or on their own.
Ongoing
Two ways to keep going.
Email marketing retainer
Monthly campaigns, designed and sent
Your list is the one audience you own. We plan the month, write and design the campaigns, and send them against the brand you already have, not a template with your logo dropped in.
Every month
- A calendar planned a month ahead
- 4–8 campaigns a month
- Built, tested and scheduled
- What worked, read back at the end
The work itself
- Designed on your brand system
- Art direction and original imagery
- Copy written for the brand, not the inbox
Your list
- Automated flows kept current
- Segments and list growth
- SMS

Social media retainer
Content made, not just posted
Art direction, a shoot, and the channel, together. What goes out each week was made for the brand, not found for it.
Every month
- A month of content planned together
- Posted on the schedule we set
- What worked, read back at the end
What we make
- Shoot days
- Photo and video production
- Branded and UGC-style work
- Art direction on every frame
Everywhere else it goes
- Captions and creative copy
- Cut down for email and the site

FAQ
Answered up front.
Anything else, just ask. We'd rather sort it before a call than during one.
Ask us anythingDo I have to have worked with you before?
No, though it helps. If we did not build the brand we will want a short onboarding to learn it properly, so that what we make reads as yours rather than as ours.
Who writes the copy?
We do. Campaign copy is part of the retainer in both English and Spanish, written against your messaging framework rather than invented each time.
Can I take just email, or just social?
Yes. They run well together because the content is shot once and used in both, but either works on its own.
What happens if a month is quieter than planned?
Unused scope does not roll forever, but we will always tell you before a month is underbooked rather than invoicing for work nobody needed.
Not sure which fits? Tell us what the channel looks like now and we'll say which one, or that neither does.
